Lucy Pevensie and her brothers and sister are evacuated from wartime London, but she is terribly sad, and cannot understand why she is being sent far away from her beloved home and mother. Then, when they arrived at Professor Kirke's house in the countryside, something magical happens. A game of hide and seek turns into the adventure of Lucy's dreams. but the dream is real, they must meet Aslan, the Great Lion to fulfil their destiny - a whole enchanted land depends upon the Pevensies for its survival.
