Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within one to three working days once payment has been received. Our preferred shipping partner is EasyParcel, a web-based parcel consolidator and E-commerce shipping solutions provider.

Supported couriers managed by EasyParcel which we may use include:

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Delivery and Receiving of Orders

My Children’s Books’ contracted couriers will attempt to deliver purchased products to the delivery address supplied by the customer. If nobody is at the address to accept the delivered products, couriers may leave a delivery note and you may call couriers' call centre to arrange re-delivery.

My Children’s Books reserves the right to impose additional delivery charges should the customer furnish us with an incorrect delivery address or has failed to arrange for a re-delivery with My Children’s Books’ couriers within the time-frame set by the courier company.

In the event that purchases cannot be delivered and/or are unclaimed from courier agencies, and the item is returned to My Children’s Books, the customer shall bear the additional shipping charges for re-delivery. If you wish to cancel this order, the amount paid to us (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you.
