Do you think that monsters only exist in films? Well, you may be rightbut people have told tales of monsters for years. Consider Bigfoot - a large, human-like creature rumoured to live in western North America. Similar creatures are said to live in Asia, South America, and Africa. Visit northern Scotland, and you'll hear stories about Nessie, the water monster that many think inhabits Loch Ness. And that's not all - unexplained creatures, from zombies to swamp monsters, have tales of their own. Are they real? Is Bigfoot a man in a gorilla costume, or is something really lurking in those dark woods? Is Nessie floating tree trunk, or a prehistoric monster? It might all be Hollywood fantasy - but no one knows for sure.
